Bill to your insurance provider
The cost of your appointment is eligible to be submitted to your third-party insurance provider.
You may either pay directly and submit the massage receipt yourself, or we can direct bill your insurer for you.
Karin can bill to Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, GreenShield, and many others such as Canada Life, Equitable, and Manulife Financial through Telus Health eClaims.

We don't like charging people for missed appointments!
No-shows will be charged the full fee.
Please give 24-36 hours' notice if you need to cancel an appointment. You can cancel online.
A courtesy call/text/email/online cancellation permits us to give that time to someone else.
If you feel ill on the day of your appointment, please call/text immediately to cancel!
No fee will be applied if you have given reasonable notice of contagious illness
or other exceptional circumstance.
